About Merrivant
Merrivant is a technology consulting and delivery firm working with enterprises across the US, UK, and Asia Pacific. We were built on a simple premise: the people who scope your project should be the people who deliver it.

HOW WE OPERATE
Enterprise consulting has normalised the bait-and-switch: partners pitch, juniors deliver. We staff engagements so that never happens; the accountable lead is present in every phase.
Five practices sit under one delivery lead, which means architecture, engineering, data, cloud, and support decisions are reconciled inside the team rather than negotiated between vendors. Commercial terms are stated upfront so scope changes are a conversation, not a renegotiation.
Documentation, runbooks, and repo access stay current from day one, so your team can take ownership whenever you choose to.
Engagement models, rate cards, and change mechanics are documented before kickoff, so commercial conversations never stall delivery.
Teams are staffed for deliberate overlap between US, UK and APAC hours instead of overnight ticket relays.
We take on work where senior attention genuinely changes the outcome, and decline what would need a bench to absorb.
WHO WE ARE
We’re architects, engineers and talent specialists who have spent our careers on both sides of enterprise delivery: building the systems, and finding the people who run them. That mix is deliberate. The person who scopes your project understands the technology, and the person who fills a role understands the work that role has to do.
Some of us came up through consulting and product engineering; others built in-house hiring functions for technology teams. What we share is a habit of listening before proposing, whether that’s to a client describing a system under strain or a candidate describing the work they want next. We take the time to get the match right, and we stay on the engagement long after kickoff.

Senior practitioners assess the system, constraints, and commercial shape with you.
Engagement model, team, milestones, and terms fixed in writing.
The same senior team builds, integrates, and ships in your working hours.
Managed services take ownership with agreed service levels in both regions.
